You're not in my local North Island store. When can I expect to see you on shelf?
Every New World, PAK'nSAVE, and Four Square places orders separately. This means we have to approach every single store to earn a place on their shelf. With your help, we hope to be in most New World's and select PAK'nSAVE's and Four Squares by the end of February.
You're sold out in my local store. What can I do?
Speak to the manager! If you remind them we're sold out, they'll usually place another order asap to get us back on shelf.
