Range Rover Sweepstakes 2025 Terms and Conditions ("Promotion")

Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Promotion commences at 8:00am 19th March 2025, and closes at 11:59pm May 7th 2025 NZT (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside of this time are ineligible.

By entering this Promotion, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Moodi Ltd (“Moodi” or “Promoter”), as well as consenting to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Entry is only open to individuals over 18 years of age at the date the Promotion Period starts (“Participants”).

Each Participant who is a subscriber to Moodi’s email subscription list from the first day of the Promotion Period is eligible under the Promotion. Any subscription achieved via automated or bot-type means will not be valid. A subscription made before the Promotion Period must continue for all of the Promotion Period. A subscription made during the Promotion Period must continue for the rest of the Promotion Period ("Eligible Participant"). 

Each Eligible Participant receives 10 entries (“Entries”).

The Promoter, its employees, participating agents and their associated agencies are not Eligible participants and may not enter the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the entry status of all or any Participants or Eligible Participants.

One 2024 Range Rover Evoque P250 R-Dynamic HSE valued at $126,808 (“Prize”) will be drawn from all Entries after the end of the Promotion Period. 

An Eligible Participant who holds the winning Entry for the Prize (“Prize Winner”) will be announced by the Promoter on or before June 7th 2025 (“Draw Date”).

Eligible Participants may earn additional Entries during the Promotion Period as follows: one Entry for every $1 of goods and services purchased online at  www.moodiblends.com; 10 Entries for every Moodi Pre + Probiotic Soda can purchased in-store where a valid receipt has been submitted via this link https://www.moodiblends.com/pages/claim-soda-entries or this link https://b8himghgr3x.typeform.com/to/ADLQkQiR. No Entries are earned for purchases prior to the date a Participant becomes an Eligible Participant or for purchases outside the Promotion period.

If a purchase which may earn Entries is returned or refunded prior to the Draw Date, then that purchase will not earn any Entries.

Throughout the Promotion Period, the Promoter may announce one or more opportunities to increase the number of Entries an Eligible Participant may earn by a multiplier, e.g., (2X) and (4X), (“Entry Multiplier”). When an Entry Multiplier is announced, Entries from a purchase to which the Entry Multiplier relate will be multiplied by the applicable Entry Multiplier. For example, a $60 purchase during a 4X Entry Multiplier offer will earn 240 Points (60x4=240). 

Timing and terms for an Entry Multiplier offer will be determined solely by the Promoter and will be announced by the Promoter at www.moodiblends.com, and/or its email newsletter and social media pages. Entry Multipliers will not apply to any purchases made or Entries earned prior to the relevant Entry Multiplier taking effect or after the relevant Entry Multiplier has ended.

All Entries of each Eligible Participant will go into the draw to win the Prize. Each Entry is deemed a separate entry for the Promotion.

The winner of the Prize ("Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected in a draw made from all Entries. The Prize Winner will be notified by the Promoter via email and will include details about the information required from the Prize Winner and how the Prize can be claimed (“Winner Notice”).

The Winner Notice will have been deemed to have been delivered to the Prize Winner on the later of the date the Promoter sends the Winner Notice or 5 business days after the date of Winner Notice. 

If after reasonable efforts by the Promoter, the Prize Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 10 business days of the Winner Notice, a new Prize Winner may be drawn.

The Promoter may take all reasonable steps to verify information provided by the Prize Winner to ensure they are an Eligible Participant, and in relation to Entries to ensure a valid winning Entry. If the Prize Winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, or the winning Entry is deemed invalid for any reason, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at a time and date determined by the Promoter acting reasonably, and a replacement Prize Winner will be determined.

The provisions relating to the draw, Winner Notice, the award of the Prize and all related terms apply to a second or subsequent Prize Winner.

The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact a Prize Winner including where an Eligible Participant has not provided correct or complete contact details. If an Eligible Participant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Participant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be made to the Promoter at hey@moodiblends.com. 

The Prize cannot be converted into cash and is not refundable, exchangeable or transferable. The Prize may have Moodi colours, branding and number plate during the Promotion Period and all Moodi colours, branding and number plate will be removed by the Promoter when the Prize is collected.

By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that Moodi is not responsible for covering costs or expenses incurred over and above what is stipulated as part of the Prize. Unless otherwise stated, the Prize does not include insurance, maintenance, registrations, operational costs, on-road costs, or any other costs. Compliance with government or regulatory requirements is the responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist in owning the Prize. Prior to taking possession of the Prize, the Prize Winner will sign all reasonable waivers, acknowledgements and transfers of ownership as may be required by the Promoter. 

The Prize will be available for collection at a place determined by the Promoter in Auckland, New Zealand, on the date determined by the Promoter. If the Promoter agrees to alter collection location or terms, all costs of doing so will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. 

Eligible Participants are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a Prize. Eligible Participants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the Promotion and they will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in relation to the Promotion or purchases during the Promotion Period.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute Prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion. 

The Promotion may be modified or withdrawn by the Promoter at any time acting reasonably.

Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, and costs or expenses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with any Prize offered, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Prize Winner will be announced by email newsletter and on channels and media chosen by the Promoter. 

The Prize Winner will provide reasonable personal access to the Promoter for the purposes of interviews, quotes and content relating to the Prize, the Promotion, the Promoter and the Promoter’s products. The Prize Winner will not act in any manner which brings the Promoter or its products into disrepute

Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the Prize Winner's details, photographs and other information of all kinds for promotional and media purposes through any channel or media without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Prize Winner.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn; and agree to release Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn.

All dates and times are in New Zealand Standard Time and all currencies are NZD. New Zealand law applies to this Promotion and the Courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this Promotion.

The Promoter may in its discretion reverse, cancel or otherwise alter the award of the Prize if a Prize Winner breaches any of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may deem the Prize Winner to not be an Eligible Participant and or not to have all or any valid Entries and the Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize and return it to the Promoter and the Prize Winner will be liable for all of the Promoter’s costs in obtaining the return of the Prize including the Promoter’s actual legal and other recovery costs.
