Moodi Founder Grant 2025 Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions – $6,000 Female Founder Grant
- Submission of an application is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The grant is open to individuals who identify as a woman, are 18 years or older at the time of application, and are the Founder or Co-Founder of a business or developing a business idea ("Eligible Participant").
- Moodi Ltd, their employees, participating agents, their associated agencies, and immediate family members of these parties are ineligible to enter.
- Moodi Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Moodi Ltd will verify the details provided by the Grant Recipient to ensure they are an Eligible Participant.
- Applications must be submitted via the official Typeform link before midnight on April 8, 2025. Incomplete, late, or fraudulent entries will not be considered.
- The winner ("Grant Recipient") will be selected by Kate Gatfield-Jeffries and other judges at her discretion based on criteria including business vision and impact, clarity on how the funds will be used and potential for growth.
- The decision by Moodi Ltd is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.
- The Grant Recipient will be notified via email.
- If the Grant Recipient is deemed ineligible for any reason, a replacement Recipient will be selected.
- If the Grant Recipient cannot be contacted or does not claim the grant within five business days, a new Recipient will be selected. Moodi Ltd takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact a Grant Recipient who has not provided correct or complete contact details.
- If an applicant's contact details change during the application period, it is the applicant's responsibility to notify Moodi Ltd. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to Moodi Ltd.
- There is one grant of $6,000 NZD cash, which will be transferred to the Grant Recipient's nominated bank account within 10 business days of the announcement.
- The grant is a gift, not a loan — no repayment or equity is required. The Grant Recipient also receives a 1 year supply of Moodi (18 x blends).
- The grant may be used for business or other expenses, including, but not limited to, inventory, marketing, operations, research, product development, childcare, or self-care.
- Applicants are advised that tax implications may arise from their grant winnings and should seek independent financial advice before accepting the grant. Moodi Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting the grant.
- The Grant Recipient will be announced by email and on social media platforms. Acceptance of the grant is deemed consent for Moodi Ltd and Kate Gatfield-Jeffries to use the Recipient's details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the applicant.
- All personal information will be handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties.
- LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. Applicants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok; and to release LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok from all liability in relation to this Promotion.
- Moodi Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the grant at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- By applying, applicants acknowledge that this grant does not create a legal partnership, employment relationship, or contractual obligation between Moodi Ltd and the Recipient.
- Moodi Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or tax liability incurred by the Grant Recipient.
- Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed by email to Moodi Ltd via email, and not to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
- All dates and times are in NZST.

- Moodi Ltd may reverse or cancel the award of a grant if the Recipient breaches the above terms and conditions.
- Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand law.
