Salted Caramel Cookies
Super simple cookies made with pantry staples and packed with protein to keep you feeling energised.
Ingredients
🍌 200g ripe banana, mashed
🥜 70g peanut butter
🥣 80g quick oats
🌈 1 serving Salted Caramel Functional Protein
🥥 40ml coconut oil
🥄 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method
🔥 Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
👩🍳 Stir all ingredients together until combined
🍪 Form 6 cookie size balls on the tray and lightly press the centre to form a cookie shape
🔥 Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
