Simple Chia Pudding

No blender, no worries! This easy afternoon energiser will help you break through the 3pm wall.

Ingredients

šŸŒˆĀ  1 level tbsp Functional Protein

šŸ„„Ā  2 heaped tbsp chia seeds

šŸ„›Ā  2/3 cupĀ canned coconut milk

Method

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³Ā  Stir chia, coconut milk, and Functional Protein until combined.Ā 

ā„ļøĀ  Refrigerate for 15 mins then give it another stir. Add a splash of water if the pudding is too thick. Rest in fridge for another 30min (or overnight for best results).Ā 

šŸ“Ā  Once set, add your go-to toppings. We love yoghurt and fresh fruit.Ā
